Why won't these candles blow out?

Last night we celebrated my niece Alina's 2nd birthday at a pink barnyard themed party. It was adorable! I can't believe how much Alina has grown up in the last couple of months! The highlight of the night was the homemade pasta my sister made with my mom's famous sauce recipe. It smelled like Christmas in their house! Happy 2nd Birthday sweet Alina!
