Psalm 139

I've seen The Passion Series videos by Louie Giglio quite a few times. Each time something new sticks out to me and I am challenged again in my faith in God. Tonight it was this clip. It's a little long, but if you have time to watch, it's worth the effort (especially my pregnant friends!) The part that got to me starts at the 3 minute mark. The baby inside of me was moving around the entire time. It was almost too much to take in.

Passing the vision...

I love being able to share the vision of CFL with our kids.
Their questions get more insightful each year.
Just 7 more years and Isaac can be on The Crew!!!

Why doesn't that bull have a head?

Today we celebrated our cousin Erika's graduation from high school. The kids ALWAYS love going to Uncle Jimmy's to see the animals and pond.... and today was especially fun because there was a mechanical bull. Isaac must have ridden it over 15 times!
Happy Graduation Erika!!

Detroit Tigers

One of the best nights of his life.
Even stayed thru the 2 hour rain delay and got home at 2am.
He had ice cream.
He had nachos.
He had his daddy's complete attention.
The only downside in his eyes: His Tigers lost.
Enjoying being with his dad
Waiting patiently for the rain to stop
Sad the game has stopped
Enjoying his chocolate ice cream
Watching the LOUD fireworks

our long-lost bffs!

Zoey, Dalton, Easton, Quinton and Isaac
I think those might be Spiderman gang signs... not sure.
Every so often we get to hook up with our Tennessee friends for a day of fun. Isaac couldn't control his excitement when I told him we were going to see the triplets this week. "Those are my friends, mom!" I tried to keep cool, but I was just as excited to see my long-lost TN friend, Denise, as well. I definitely took that relationship for granted in college when I could see her everyday in the room attached to my dorm room... now I wish we just lived in the same state!

Denise, Dalton, Easton and Quinton (and Dan!)...
We love and miss you guys so much. Thank you for taking time out of your very hectic vacation to spend time with us!!!! Maybe next time we see each other it will be in TN!
